- I will provide you with a marketing plan of what I will do to attract qualified buyers to your home. I will advertise both in print and internet and will write ads that get attention, generate interest and create desire.
- I will keep you informed of market developments and new competitive listings. I will provide you with monthly home sales so you will be informed of market trends.
- When an offer comes in, I will help you understand the details of the offer completely and negotiate in your best interest.
- I will help you understand the disclosures forms, title insurance terms and escrow forms.
- I will recommend companies that I have found to have the best value for your dollar. In addition, I will provide you with several companies to interview so you can decide which one you feel most comfortable with.
- I will always keep your best interest in mind. This includes making the most out of every offer, saving you money on sale cost and keeping the escrow moving on time
- I will be there for after sale service.
